Monica, Chani and Amy are all qualified veterinary nurses and are all committed to ongoing study. Their responsibilities include care of hospitalised patients, including the critically ill and animals in isolation, preparing the theatre, instruments and patients for sterile surgery, monitoring anaesthetics and post-operative care. They also manage our in-house laboratory, develop x-rays and of course are experts in the gentle restraint of our more reluctant patients! They also run our Puppy Kindy, together with Michelle.

Jo, Betty, Erin and Karin will most likely be your first point of contact when you come in or phone the clinic. As animal lovers themselves you will find them friendly, compassionate and ready to help in whatever way they can. They will be able to deal with most of your enquiries and will pass on any they can't to one of the vets. As well as looking after all our clients in person and on the phone, and running the retail part of the clinic, they also do all our administration. These ladies are the masters of multi-tasking!

All work-places have an unsung hero and ours is Lyn! Not only does she keep the place sparkly and smelling good (no mean feat!), she keeps on top of the mountains of washing our patients produce, does all our animal grooming, and turns her hand to almost anything we ask of her, be it answering the phones, running a lab test or helping to get an animal on a drip. Where would we be without her?!
